TACO SHELLS 
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 tbsp. corn meal
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Beat eggs and salt together. Add corn meal and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Put small amount of oil in pan and add enough mixture to cover bottom of pan. Fry until light brown on both sides.
