STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 pts. mushrooms
1 lb. of bacon
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 slices frozen white bread

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Place mushroom caps in baking dish. Dice stems and put to the side. Dice bacon and fry in skillet at medium. When bacon is almost cooked, add mushroom stems and oregano. Saute at low heat for 15 minutes. Cut frozen bread into small chunks. Add bacon ingredients and making a stuffing. Stuff mushroom caps. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and sizzling. Serve.
