TOMATOES MONACO 
24 - 36 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Wash and dry tomatoes, heat oil in skillet and saute the garlic for one minute over medium heat. Add tomatoes and saute for 1 minute more shaking the pan instead of stirring to cook tomatoes evenly and help them hold their shape. Add parsley, basil, cheese and stir to mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
