CHICKEN PARMESAN (Microwave) 
3 lb. broiler fryer, cut up or cutlets
1 egg, beaten

Combine:

1/2 c. corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash ground thyme
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper

Reserve about 1/4 cup crumb mixture.

1. Dip chicken in egg, roll in mixture of crumbs, cheese and spices.

2. Arrange chicken in 10 inch ceramic skillet or 2 quart utility dish, placing larger pieces at corners skin side down. Cook covered in microwave on full power for 10 minutes, turning chicken 1/2 way through cooking time.

3. Mix 10 3/4 ounce can golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup milk. Pour over chicken, cover and cook on full power 4-6 minutes or until chicken is tender.

4. Garnish with remaining cheese mixture and parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
