STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. reduced calorie butter
2/3 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. soy sauce
Pepper to taste

Heat butter in 10 inch non-stick skillet until bubbly hot. Add celery, cook 1 minute; add other ingredients. Cook until tender- crisp, 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and pepper; stir well. Cook for 1 minute longer. This is Weight Watchers but it is delicious!
