COCONUT PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 baked pie shell
Meringue (3 egg whites and 6 tbsp. sugar)

Mix pie filling, egg yolks, and milk together and cook until it boils. Boil about 1 minute and then cool. Stir in coconut and pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites and sugar for meringue topping; sprinkle with a little more coconut. Put in hot oven until brown. Chill and serve.
