1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. mustard
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1/2 doz. boiled eggs
1/4 c. grated carrots
parsley to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. macaroni, boiled and drained

Boil together sugar, flour, water and vinegar. Stir and cool. When cool, mix in mayo and mustard. Stir macaroni, celery, onion, eggs, carrots, parsley, salt and pepper together. Mix well. Pour dressing over macaroni and stir until coated.
