EASY CHICKEN EVALEE 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. light Italian dressing
Italian seasoning
Plain bread crumbs
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Pepper
Parmesan cheese (opt.)

Dip chicken into Italian dressing. Then into bread crumbs seasoned with remaining ingredients. Place in refrigerator about 15 minutes or more. Spray a 12 inch Teflon fry pan with Pam. Place chicken in warm pan and cook each side about 5 minutes, until no longer pink. Do not overcook.
