1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
3 large bananas, mashed
nuts if desired

Cook at 350°F, about 1 hour, until pick comes out clean.
