GRASSHOPPER PIE 
16 Hydrox or Oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
24 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 jigger creme de menthe
1 jigger creme de cacao
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Mix crushed cookies with butter, reserving 3 tablespoons for topping. Pat rest in 9" pie pan.

In double boiler, melt marshmallows in milk. Cool. Add creme de menthe and creme de cacao. When completely cool, fold in whipped cream. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill 8 hours. Freezes well.
