SUNDAY MORNING CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs, beaten
2 -1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. Jimmy Dean (hot or mild) sausage, cooked and drained
2-1/2 c. cheddar cheese
8 slices white bread, cubed and crust removed
4 green onions, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
butter

Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard and oil in mixing bowl. Butter a 9 x 13 glass dish. Layer bread, cheese, sausage, green onion and pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 10 minutes prior to baking.

Bake, uncovered at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until eggs are done.

Note: Ham can be used in place of sausage.
