LASAGNE - EXCELLENT 
8 oz. lasagne
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. canned mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. raw chopped spinach
1/4 c. diced salami
1 egg
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagne. Brown beef with onions, add tomato paste, sauce, mushrooms, garlic, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and water. Simmer at least 1 hour. Combine cottage cheese, spinach, salami, egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Layer in 12 x 8 inch dish the noodles, egg mixture, sauce and cheese ending with cheese and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Taste better if baked the day before and reheated.
