AVOCADO NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda, baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift first 5 ingredients together in bowl. Add egg and sour milk; mix well. Stir in avocado and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
