KIRA'S CARROTS PUREE 
1 lb. carrots
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Wash carrots and remove tops and tip. Cut into small pieces (approximately 5 per carrot). Microwave or boil until tender. (Microwave approximately 4 minutes.) Place in food processor along with butter. Process at high speed until pureed. Add cinnamon, process another 10 seconds. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
