3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. hot milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar

Beat 2 cups sugar and eggs; add dry ingredients and hot milk. Alternately to sugar and eggs, add vanilla. Remove cake from oven. While hot, spread on 1 stick of butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar over top.
