| EASY COCONUT CAKE | |

1 box white cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk 7 oz. can Co-Co Lopez 8 oz. Cool Whip 5 oz. coconut Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in oblong pan. Remove from oven and punch with holes all over with fork. Mix milk and Co-Co Lopez together and pour over top of cake. Let set until soaked and cooled. Mix Cool Whip and coconut together and spread on top of cake. Refrigerate. | |
