1 lb. hamburger meat 1/2 chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can enchilada sauce 1 soup can milk 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 8-9 corn tortillas, cut in 1/4's Brown together hamburger and onion. Heat soup, enchilada sauce, and milk together. Layer tortillas, meat, cheese, and pour sauce over entire layers. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
