THREE - LAYER PUDDING DELIGHT

BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter (melted works best)

Press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix ingredients well. Spread over crust carefully.

PUDDING LAYER:

2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk

Spread over cream cheese. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with nuts.
