CHEESE DANISH 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter, cut into the above 2 ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 pkg. dry yeast mixed with 4 tbsp. warm water

Add yeast to above, stir to form dough, refrigerate while making filling.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg yolk (reserve white)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Divide dough in half. Roll each half between 2 sheets of floured wax paper to fit a 10x15 pan. Place one sheet in pan, spread filling on top. Top with 2nd sheet of dough.

Brush with reserved egg white, sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Cool.

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together and drizzle on. Store in refrigerator.
