BANANA-ORANGE GELATIN 
2 (4 servings) pkgs. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. orange juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 med. banana, chopped
1/2 c. salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
1 c. thawed Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Reserve 1 cup. Add orange juice to remaining gelatin. Chill until thickened. Fold oranges and banana into thickened gelatin. Pour into 5-cup mold, sprayed with Pam. Chill until set but not firm.
