SUPPER SALAD 
Lettuce, broken in pieces
Tomato, cut in wedges
Cucumber, halved and sliced
Radish, sliced
Celery, sliced
Red onion, sliced
Green pepper, sliced
Olives, cut in half
Dill pickles, sliced
Cheddar cheese, cubed
Ham, cut in squares
Salami, cut in wedges
Salad dressing of choice
Amounts according to number of people being served

Wash lettuce; drain well and break into bite size pieces. Spread some on bottom of serving platter. Place rest of lettuce and all other ingredients in large mixing bowl. Toss with dressing. Spread over lettuce on platter. Serve with warm Italian bread. Variation: Substitute flaked white tuna and hard boiled eggs for the meats.
