SHISH KABOBS 
Sirloin steak, lean and cut up
Green peppers, cut in slices
Tomatoes, cut in chunks
Onions, cut in chunks
Crisco oil, 1/2 c.
butter, 1/2 stick

Alternate steak, peppers, tomatoes and onions on shish kabob rods. Melt butter and mix with Crisco oil. Marinate the shish kabobs with the Crisco oil and butter. Cook on the grill.
