DATE, MARSHMALLOW PUDDING 
1 c. dates, cut into 1/4ths
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 lb. marshmallows, either cut up or use miniatures
1/2 lb. rolled graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine
1/2 pt. mocha mix, cream or half and half

Mix all the above ingredients reserving some crumbs in which to roll the dough. Sprinkle reserved crumbs onto a piece of waxed paper and form a roll with the above ingredients. Let stand overnight rolled in foil. Slice to serve with a cream or Cool Whip topping. This is a RICH dessert.
