MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE 
Cake:

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Melt the butter and add the first four ingredients together. Mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts.

Bake 30 minutes on 350°F. After cake is done, place marshmallows on top of hot cake and place back in oven to toast lightly.

Frosting:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the butter and add the milk and heat. Beat in powdered sugar and add in other ingredients. While cake is still warm, pour chocolate frosting over marshmallows.
