LEMON BARS 
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, oil and 1 egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remainder into a 13 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and lemon juice until light and fluffy (3 to 4 minutes). Pour over baked layer. Crumble the reserved mixture over the top.

Bake another 15 minutes at 350°F.
