SAUSAGE AND SAUERKRAUT SUPPER 
6 links of Polish sausage (single serving size)
1 (10 oz.) can sauerkraut
6-8 med. potatoes, peeled and halved

Wieners, knockers, or any other of your favorite sausages may be substituted.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sauerkraut in large baking dish. (A sprinkle of sugar is optional.) Place potatoes on top of sauerkraut, then add sausages. Bake for about 1 hour. Serves 6.
