TUNA CHEESE SUPREME 
1 lg. can white tuna
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 1/2 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, stirring continually so no lumps are present; add milk while stirring.

While sauce is cooking, prepare noodles according to package directions; when sauce is quite thick, add 1 package of cheese and mix it into sauce; when noodles are finished, drain, and add sauce in oven-safe casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top and brown in 350 degree oven, approximately 7 minutes. Serve with salad and bread.
