Spread 8 ounces cream cheese on bottom of square glass pan. Place a can of Hormel chili no beans on top. Sprinkle 8 ounces Sargento shredded taco cheese over all. Microwave for 2 minutes, turn and microwave 2 minutes longer or until cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
