PATIO SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 grated onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped dill pickle
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 c. cubed Swiss cheese

Add peas to cold water and salt. Cover and bring to boil. Remove from heat, stir in rice and cover, set aside to cool. Blend in onions, pickles and mayonnaise. Add to rice and pea mixture. Blend. Before serving, add ham and cheese. Decorate with tomato wedges.
