CHEESECAKE FLOWERS 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Shaved chocolate
Sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter two 8 ounce custard cups. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. divide mixture between prepared custard cups. Bake until tops of cheesecakes are golden brown. They split into petals as they bake. Insert tester. Cheesecake will be done when tester comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool cheesecakes, then chill. Spoon sour cream into center and top with shaved chocolate.
