SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut up or 1 sm. can tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. water

Brown chicken in oil and set aside. Combine onion, pepper, tomatoes, chili powder, rice, water and salt and pepper. Turn into casserole. Place chicken on top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
