VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 can sliced carrots
1 can peas
1 can whole kernel corn
2 lbs. ground beef
Cabbage
1 lg. onion
4 to 6 potatoes
2 cans tomato juice
2 hot peppers
Salt
1 can beef broth

Shape ground beef into small meatballs and brown. After the meatballs are brown, drain all grease off and put into a large soup kettle. Add all of the above ingredients and add the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Cook over medium heat for 2 hours.
