THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 qt. cut green beans, drained
1 qt. cut wax beans, drained
1 qt. red kidney beans, drained
1 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. herb vinegar
(Basil, oregano, parsley)

Can make ahead a day or two. In large bowl, stir sugar with salad oil, vinegar, salt, and herbs. Beat until blended. Add beans, onions, toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours to blend flavors.
