ICED PUMPKIN BARS 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. vanilla

OPTIONAL:

3/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

2 1/4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Mix together and spread over bars when cool.
