MY SPECIAL PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, center cut lean
2 cans Chicken Rice soup
Yellow mustard
Flour
Salt & pepper

Grease 2 quart casserole; have a flat dish handy with flour. Spread first side of chop with yellow mustard, dip in flour, turn this over and repeat on bottom side. Brown in heavy skillet, place in casserole and pour over the two cans of soup.

NOTE: With this I serve the Hash Browns, below.
