TURKEY SALAD 
4 lbs. turkey, light and dark meat
2 bunches celery, finely diced
1 bunch green onions, cut small
3 (12 oz.) pkgs. twisties macaroni
1 jar roasted almonds

Cook, cool and dice turkey.

Cook, cool macaroni.

DRESSING:

1 qt. mayonnaise
3/4 c. white wine
2-3 tsp. grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. salt

Blend dressing ingredients and combine with first four ingredients. Add almonds. Save for the top to decorate. Leave almonds whole.

Note: The flavor secret is in the dressing - blend white wine and special mustard.
