QUICK NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. dry chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate pudding
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. milk

Pour cake mix into bowl. Cook chocolate pudding and pour over dry mix while still bubbling. Stir thoroughly. Put into well greased and floured pyrex loaf pan 12x8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
