2 c. non dairy creamer
1 lb. box hot chocolate drink mix
6 c. non fat dry skim milk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
Dash of salt

Sift ingredients together. Use 1/3 cup of mix per cup of chocolate. Fill with boiling water to serve.
