SALMON LOAF 
2 cans salmon
1 1/2 salmon liquid
2 eggs
3 c. chopped crackers
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Using a food processor, chop cracker crumbs and onion. Mix in bowl all remaining ingredients and pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
