RASPBERRY SALAD 
I like to add a little Cool Whip to the sour cream/marshmallow mix.

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries
1 cup drained applesauce
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup small marshmallows

Dissolve jello in boiling water in 9-inch pan. Add frozen berries and applesauce. Let set until firm.

Top with sour cream mixed with marshmallows.

Variation: Strawberry jello with strawberries works well too!
