SPIEDIES 
5 lbs. lamb, chicken or beef
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut meat into cubes. Combine rest of ingredients. Mix marinade with meat and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Put meat on skewer and cook on grill.
