TOP OF THE STOVE SOUFFLE 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, not beaten

Have ingredients pre-measured and ready because they must be added quickly.

1. Melt chocolate bits in top of double boiler. Don't use standard double boiler, the top part will double as the serving dish and must accept a cover. Don't let water touch bottom of the pan.

2. Add other ingredients quickly. Beat for approximately 5 minutes to mix well. Cover and cook 1 hour until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
