TROPICAL CHEESE PIE 
1 (9") graham cracker crust pie shell
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. Cool Whip

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell and chill. May also use to fill cream puffs or Stella D'Oro Anisettas.
