DEVILED UPSIDE-DOWN CORN BREAD 
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 recipe corn bread mix

Mix deviled ham with onion; spread on bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with corn bread batter. Cook at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Serve with hot mustard cream sauce.

MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend butter and flour. Add milk slowly and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add seasonings and serve hot.
