CORN SALAD 
4 c. fresh corn kernels
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. minced green onion (scallions)
1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 tbsp. minced fresh or 1 1/2 tbsp. dried basil leaves
2 tbsp. each white wine vinegar and lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Toss together the corn, pepper, onion, tomatoes and basil. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. Pour over corn salad and toss well. Salt and pepper to taste.
