OREGON FILBERT CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. filberts

Toast filberts in oven, wrap in towel to steam, rub off most of skins, chop a little. Put all in blender, whirl until nuts are ground to flour-like consistency.

Pour into two 8 inch cake pans, greased, lined with wax paper. Pan spray or lightly grease. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Remove paper. Put filling between layers and on top.

FILLING:

One package Dream Whip, one package instant chocolate pudding, 1 1/2 cups milk. Whip until thickened. May add a little instant coffee if you like the flavor.
