RUGELACH 
1/2 lb. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream butter, cream cheese, and add flour. Refrigerate dough in 4 chunks in wax paper.

Roll dough into the shape of a pie and sprinkle with the cinnamon, sugar and walnut mixture. Cut dough like a pie and roll from wide end to narrow. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes. WATCH!
