PAZOLI 
Pork loin or hocks
Small chicken
1 lg. onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can hominy
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 lg. can tomatoes
Condiments:
Green onion, chopped
Shredded lettuce
Sliced radish
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Limes

Cover the meat, onion and garlic with water and simmer for 1 hour. Cut meat from bones and return to the broth. Add hominy, chili powder and tomatoes. Place a lime in each bowl before filling with the soup. Place condiments on the table to add individually.
