EASY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE
FUDGE
 
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter flavored chips
14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped peanuts
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

In large saucepan, melt peanut butter chips, 1 cup condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter; stir occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts. Spread mixture into wax paper lined 8 inch square pan. In small saucepan, melt chocolate morsels, remaining milk and butter. Spread mixture over the top of peanut butter mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn out of pan and cut into squares. Store tightly covered. Makes about 2 pounds of fudge.
