CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN 
1 sm. onion, diced
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour, rounded
1 1/2 c. milk
2 cans crab meat
1 sm. can pimiento, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. cheese, grated
Buttered bread crumbs (real fine)

Saute onions in butter until soft; blend in flour and add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Add crab, pimiento, salt, pepper, and cheese. Put half of mixture into greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs; add remainder, and top with some more bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
